Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds. Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance. <br /> <br /> This golf course villa is a newly re-decorated two bedroom, two bathroom, villa (1,250 Sq Ft) that sits on the nine hole golf course. This unit has been recently remodeled and redecorated. The patio has lounge chairs, a patio set and full size grill (and your sitting right on a large pond that is part of the golf course). Each room has it's own ceiling fan.
