The apartment is composed of a large living room opening onto a huge terrace with views on to the private garden and the large swimming pool, one bedroom, one bathroom, independent toilet, phone, cable TV, and DVD player.<br /> <br /> It has a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.<br /> <br /> The sitting room has opening doors onto the large terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the communal gardens.<br /> <br /> The apartment has its own private parking place in front of the building. There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette. The shops are just a few minutes walk away. The trains leave for Nice every 10 minutes in the morning, then throughout the day every 15 minutes to half hour.
