Casa de Soutelo of Quinta de Pindela <br /><br />Quinta de Pindela is an 80-hectare blissful estate located in the region of the Minho. It is a typical farm, with an 15th century manor house surrounded by a wood with old and rare trees. <br /> Furthermore, Pindela is also very well located. It is close to many historical cities, like Braga, Guimarães and Oporto, and it is a short distance driving from golf courses and sunny beaches.<br /> <br /> Visitors are invited to stay in the old caretakers’ houses, which are typical cottages from the Minho region, with huge granite walls. These old stone houses have been entirely refurbished in order to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay for our visitors. <br /> <br /> Casa de Soutelo, which was once home to the Quinta de Pindela’s caretakers, is a traditional rural house, built in the 17th century and renovated some years ago.<br /> <br /> It is a 200-m2 cottage, with three double bedrooms, with two single beds each, and three bathrooms. The living room is very cosy, with a warming fireplace and cable TV. The dining room contains a 6 places dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric oven and a washing machine.<br /> <br /> The house has a beautiful veranda and a patio – the former “eira” – offering a stunning view over the property. Here, guests can have their meals in total privacy.
