Skiing is 45 minutes away at both Schweitzer Mountain or Silver Mountain in Kellogg.<br /> <br /> The www.LakeshoreCottage.com is a wonderful place to stay right across the street from Sander's Beach and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Also across the street is the 11th St. Marina and the Tubb's Hill hiking trails. Enjoy a morning hike up Tubb's Hill with beautiful scenery and then walk back to your cottage for a quiet and peaceful breakfast on the patio! It's the best part of Coeur d Alene in our opinion because it's walking distance to town or the resort, yet it's nestled in a very quiet, relaxing neighborhood of upscale homes. <br /> <br /> Inside, there is a cozy fireplace, air conditioning and all the kitchen wares and bedroom/bath linens you'll need for your stay. There are games, books, music, a DVD player, an acoustic guitar, 5 bicycles in the garage for your use, a fully stocked kitchen with full sized laundry in the basement.
