This LIGHT and AIRY home (constructed 2006) is available for your family's enjoyment. Located between Bermuda Beach and Pirate's Beach,this spacious 3 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 6. This is a very private location--Great for a ROMANTIC GET AWAY, just to RELAX or have FAMILY FUN. This secluded beauty is one of two houses located on a very large and uniquely private piece of land. Only the grass in the yard and the dunes separate you from the beach.With a deck that is so massive it is almost as big as the house (I'm not kidding) you will have plenty of room to lounge around and take in the sun and warm Gulf breezes. This HUGE DECK on the main floor is available to renters. You can relax in one of two comfy hammocks. For your convenience there is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water--refreshing after a sandy day at the beach. Ocean's Twelve is our family home, so you will find all you need to have a "Wonderful time in Galveston".
You are only minutes away from the new Schlitterbahn Water Park ,Moody Gardens,and the Galveston Strand. We would like to share our home with caring, thoughtful friends and families. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate events, parties, weddings, or receptions.

Area Description: Galveston is about 1 hour South of Houston on I45. It is about 75 miles from Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and about 25-30 miles from Houston Hobby Airport. Ocean's Twelve is located 7.3 miles West of 61st Street and Seawall Blvd. The home is on a 3 acre piece of property between Bermuda Beach and Pirate's Beach. There is only one other house on the property. There are acres of green pasture land to the East and to the North. The parking lot of the now defunct Beach Pocket Park #3 is approximately 150 feet to the West and "THE GULF" is approximately 200 feet to the South. There is nothing but sand/grass between the house and the beach. We are within 10miles from THE STRAND, MOODY GARDENS, THE SCHLITTERBAUGHN WATER PARK, MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE, AND SHOPPING.

Holidays have a 4 night minimum and an additional charge.
There is a $400 Damage Deposit fee (the check will be cashed) which will be refunded if there is no damage, etc. to the house and you have adhered to the policies which will be sent to you in an agreement.
There is a $125 cleaning and linen fee (except beach towels).. If there is other than normal cleaning required, the additional charge will be deducted from your Damage Deposit. If linens or towels are damaged or lost, a replacement charge will be deducted from your Damage Deposit.
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 6
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Cleaning fee: $90
- Other fees: $400 damage deposit. Refundable if no dama ge is done and the policies a followed.
- Security deposit: 50%
- Lodging Tax: 15%
Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation provision on our agreement. If an emergency preclude use, we will make our best effort to re-rent at the same rate, and if successful,the renter will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of 10% of the gross rental.
If the period cannot be re-rented, the entire rent shall be payable and forfeited.
Full refund for the period that the beach is closed or if evacuation is ordered.

There is a miniature golf course on Seawall Blvd. and a nearby movie theater. The 1894 Opera House is unique, a good place to go particularly if the Symphony is playing, if there is a play, or a famous entertainer performing.
It is fun to go to the Schlitterbahn Water Park with its huge slides.
There are many good seafood restaurants along Seawall Blvd. The Rainforest Cafe is interesting. It has a tropical theme, complete with a volcano.
Of course there is always shopping and walking along The Strand in downtown Galveston. And lets not forget---the beach.
Miles and miles of sand where you can walk and enjoy the salt air, the sound of the waves, and the beautiful birds.

When ever we go to Galviston, it does not matter what season it is we always go to the beach.Now some beach houses aren't in a very good spot,for example we went to a beach house one time and there were jelly fish everywhere!I got stung ten times! But this beach house is in a really good spot and we enjoyed the beach when we went there.
