The large spacious home has approx. 3500 sf. THe home has 4 levels with the main living areas on the 3rd level.Overlooking the main living level is a loft with a fold out bed and study areas. Main entry level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, large utility and mud room and hot tub room with a fireplace stove. Parking for one car in the garage.
The upper level is where the action is with the the living, dining, kitchen and master suite and main balcony. The views from the balcony face west towards the Breckenridge ski slopes and mountain range. The pictures included here in show how breathtaking the view really is.
The basement is a fun room with its own TV and fireplace. Great place for the kids to hang out in and has sleeping for 4. Along with a shower bath and mini refg. and microwave.
This home has a lot of space for different activities.
TV'S with cable located in the living room and basement. Parking for 4 cars.

Area Description: This spacious hillside home has breath taking mountain views. The sunsets are awesome setting over the distant mountain range of the Breckenridge ski area. The house is located immediately outside of downtown Breckenridge. 5 min. driving distance to most activities downtown and the downtown gondola ski lift. Local recreation center, baseball fields and blue river near by. Hiking, biking during the summer months. Breckenridge and Summit county has hundreds of miles to backwood trails. Copper mountain ski resort is 20 mins away offering snow tubing during the winter and horseback riding during the summer.
Peak 8 gondola base located just 5 minute drive from house. Ample parking for day long skiers.
ENJOY THE OUTDOORS: Have fun with the many secluded hiking and biking trails though out summit county. Affordable bike rentals are available at several shops just minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations initiated by GOLD RUN MTN. HOME, all payments tendered by Guest will be returned to Guest. For cancellations initiated by Guest prior to MMM DD, YYYY (45 days prior to arrival date), a 5.0% cancellation fee will be deducted from payments tendered by Guest and the remainder will be returned to Guest. For cancellations initiated by Guest on or after MMM DD, YYYY, all Rental and Tax payments tendered by Guest will be retained, Security Deposits will be refunded based on the conditions outlined in the Security Deposit section of this Agreement, and Cleaning Fees will be refunded only if the Property was never occupied by Guest. If GOLD RUN MTN. HOME re-rents the Property for some or all of the cancelled dates then GOLD RUN MTN. HOME will deduct a 5.0% cancellation fee from Rental and Tax payments tendered by Guest and issue a pro-rated refund to Guest. GOLD RUN MTN. HOME recommends that Guest purchase travel insurance to protect Guest from anything that is out of Guests control. All refunds, including Security Deposits, will be issued by check and mailed to Guest no later than MMM DD, YYYY.
