Cancellation Policy
For cancellations initiated by GOLD RUN MTN. HOME, all payments tendered by Guest will be returned to Guest. For cancellations initiated by Guest prior to MMM DD, YYYY (45 days prior to arrival date), a 5.0% cancellation fee will be deducted from payments tendered by Guest and the remainder will be returned to Guest. For cancellations initiated by Guest on or after MMM DD, YYYY, all Rental and Tax payments tendered by Guest will be retained, Security Deposits will be refunded based on the conditions outlined in the Security Deposit section of this Agreement, and Cleaning Fees will be refunded only if the Property was never occupied by Guest. If GOLD RUN MTN. HOME re-rents the Property for some or all of the cancelled dates then GOLD RUN MTN. HOME will deduct a 5.0% cancellation fee from Rental and Tax payments tendered by Guest and issue a pro-rated refund to Guest. GOLD RUN MTN. HOME recommends that Guest purchase travel insurance to protect Guest from anything that is out of Guests control. All refunds, including Security Deposits, will be issued by check and mailed to Guest no later than MMM DD, YYYY.
