Russell Lake and State Park, where you will find world class bass fishing and golf, boating and water skiing, or beaches and picnic areas for relaxing with your family. We're minutes from state parks, historic sites, and several challenging golf courses. Quaint small towns nearby offer everything from antiques and marine supplies to fine dining and coffee shops. <br /> <br /> The cabin has two master bedrooms located on either side of the great room. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with new pillow-top mattresses as well as private bathrooms. For extra sleeping accommodation, we've recently purchased two Lay-Z-boy queen sleeper sofa's for the living room adding comfortable sleeping space for 2-4 people. In addition, there is a half bath off the great room. Deer Run is a perfect getaway for couples, families, or groups. <br /> <br /> The decor is elegant, but rustic and casual, decorated with a nature and wildlife theme. You will enjoy the peace and quiet as you sit on one of the two covered porches overlooking a magnificent hardwood forest. Don't be surprised if deer and turkey join you for a early morning breakfast on the back deck/porch. <br /> <br /> The floors are rustic top-nailed white pine with ceramic tile in the bathrooms and utility room. The kitchen is fully furnished with top of the line appliances (glass top stove, microwave, double door refrigerator with icemaker and dishwasher). Bed linens and towels are provided.
