The home is 4300 square feet with beautiful western furniture. Large kitchen with indoor BBQ grill, modern appliances, stone counter tops with built in buffet server for entertaining and a formal dinning room. There is a large downstairs Master suite with huge bathroom, and Jack and Jill bedrooms with full bath. Upstairs has a gigantic game room with a full size pool table and wet bar, a big screen TV and DVDs and the Bunkhouse bedroom sleeps six. Daily Maid service available upon request and additional charges apply.

* Must be 25 years or older to rent the home. $350 Security Deposit required to make reservation. $20 per night per pet. Rental rates and Cleaning fees must be paid in full within 15 days prior to check in. A valid credit card must accompany all reservations, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for half of the reservation amount 30 days prior to check-in and the balance amount 15 days prior to check-in. If you plan to pay in cash, please make arrangements at time of reservation. Must have 30 day notice of cancellation, otherwise you will lose your deposit.
* Provided that the rental has no damages after cleaning and inspection, deposit will be refunded in full.
* No smoking, if evidence of smoking is found, your credit card will be charged an additional $100 per night for length of stay. No wild parties or excessive noise, please.
* Weekends: 12 Noon Fri to 12 Noon Sunday
Weekdays: 12 Noon Sun to 12 Noon Fri.
