Cancellation Policy
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the planned total rental at the time of your booking in order to reserve your vacation period.
Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
A further $800 refundable damage deposit is required.
The house is only half a mile from the beginning of the wide choice of charming and unique local restaurants. Many shops, Safeway etc are just 1/2 mile away. Capitola shopping Mall is 2 1/2 miles away and the famous Pacific Avenue, with its walking mall, shops, dozens of restaurants and coffee shops is 2 miles from the house.
There is a first-class Golf course behind the house, 1 mile drive by car.
The caretaker lives in a separate building at the back of the property, so anything you need can be attended to quickly.
