The Hau'ula Lanai “Balcony Suite” is a very large centrally air-conditioned (by mini-split) duplex (1200+ sf living area) 2 bedroom, 1 bath direct oceanfront suite that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (400+sf) private oceanfront lanai "balcony." The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon, two recliners, and a plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The Hauula Lanai has a completely remodeled kitchen and bath with granite countertops, stainless steel stove/range, built-in microwave, full size fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The 1st bedroom has great ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The 2nd bedroom has tranquil garden views and enjoys a queen size extra plus pillow top bed. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
RATES in USD and based upon amount of nights booked.
For bookings of: Nightly:
3 nights or more $274.99
5 nights or more $249.99
7 nights or more $224.99
We charge a flat rate of $2,100.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,200.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
TERMS:
All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.00 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of six (6) people, including children over 1 year of age..
One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking is available for a one-time $20 per vehicle fee.
Add a $104.71 one-time cleaning fee to all reservations.
Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Special prices and required lengths of stay may apply around popular holidays & long weekends. Call for more details.

Cancellation Policy
To hold your reservation we require a non-refundable 25% advance deposit. No reservation is guaranteed until the rental agreement ("terms and conditions") has been agreed to online (during reservation process) and the initial deposit paid. Any changes to the reservation after the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid will be subject to a one-time $100 administrative processing charge (excluding cancellation of a reservation when deposit is non-refundable). If you cancel after final payment has been made, or after arrival at the property, you agree to forfeit all rents prepaid except for any amount we are able to recover through re-renting the property. We reserve the right to re-rent the property for less than the amount you agreed to pay and will refund only the amount we are able to recover. No exceptions to this policy will be made for any reason. You are advised to obtain travel insurance coverage.
