There is always a good breeze going across the porches and that makes sitting outside very special. Everyone loves to stay in the annex. It is especially nice for families or large groups of friends. DOWNSTAIRS: There is one more bathroom and two showers. There is a large living room that has a stone fireplace, comfortable sitting chairs, two single size day beds, color TV, and another large porch downstairs. This cottage could sleep 11 people. SEASONAL RATES: May 15-Oct. 15th $3,500.00. No tax due when staying 90 days or longer. MONTHLY RATE: $1,500.00 + 11% tax WEEKLY RATE: $550.00 + 11% tax NIGHTLY RATE: (two night minimum) - $150.00 night Security Deposit: Send deposit to reserve. Telephone me at 828-685-7702 or e-mail me at beehivecottages@bellsouth.net. When I get the deposit, I'll send the confirmation and directions. It is always easier to find in the daylight hours. If you plan a late arrival, I'll have your name on a card outside and leave the outside lights on so you can go in for the night and bring your check up to me the next morning.
