The villa has two independent apartments. The garden apartment on the ground floor is available for holiday rental. It has its own entrance and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with Astra satellite TV, DVD-CD player and stereo radio. There's a convertible sofa which can sleep 1 person, a large covered terrace with patio furniture and a well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave and gas rings. There are two bedrooms, one double and one double/twin with air conditioning. We have a solar heated swimming pool and poolside loungers and other furniture and a poolside shower. There is a barbecue area with dining furniture and a completely walled, private garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs plus off-street parking.
We have a large supermarket just a hundred metres from the house and there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are just five kilometres from Benidorm's beaches and nightlife and there are themeparks, golf courses and many other amenities and attractions just ten minutes away by car.
