Outside the main party hall there are sliding doors leading to a massive terrace which most of it covered by a roof. Huge glass windows allows you to enjoy the party as well as appreciate the beauty of the nature around the villa, the lake and nearby historical mounds.<br /> Fully furnished kitchen area with an electric hob and oven, fridge with a freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. We also have full cutlery and dinner sets for your party table.<br /> Sauna accommodate up to 10 people at the same time. Shower room next door to it.<br /> Terrace area is located at the southern part for the villa with natural wood deck boards and outdoors furniture. Accommodates up to 20 people at the same time, making it ideal for outdoors barbecue or other activities.<br /> First floor: You will find an en suite bedroom with a shower, toilet and a washing basin. Next door to this there are 3 shared bedrooms and a toilet.<br /> All the bedrooms have authentic wooden furniture with quality mattresses and bed linen.<br /> <br /> A huge hot tub with space for up to 12 people.<br /> A fire place with barbecue and charcoal burner<br /> Beach valley ball court<br /> Football pitch which is great for 5 aside games<br /> Kids playground<br /> <br /> Depending on your requirements we can also arrange full catering with professional chefs who can prepare variety of foods.
