The full kitchen comes with all the amenities needed to prepare great cabin meals or choose the back-screened porch with a great gas grill. The rustic and spacious upper loft housing two bedrooms and an open loft overlook the large central room. The main floor hosts two more bedrooms and bathroom.
Holly Patch is a wonderful family-bonding home that has close access to the Big South Fork National Park, River and Recreational area. This cabin caters to those loving the great Tennessee outdoors.

Cancellation Policy
A 45-day notice is required for cancellation. Should you need to cancel after the 45-day limit your security/damage deposit and first payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $100.
If cancellation occurs with 14-days or less, refund is given minus a cancellation fee of $150. At management’s discretion, a ‘Rain Check’ may be issued and kept on file for 6 months.
