Home Away from Home <br /><br />This is a roomy Townhouse on Thomas Dr. It is not just another rental, it is our second home, fully equipped, and loaded with extras. It is a well kept unit, newly remodeled kitchen and flooring and has 1200 square feet of space. You can park at the front door and still have plenty of room for boat parking. You can carry your groceries right to the kitchen! Talking about extras, don't drag all that sand into your vacation home, because there's a shower on the front porch. In the morning, have coffee on a large deck off your room while you watch the by-passers. Slide the back door open into your private, sandy, backyard, secure with a six foot fence. Of course, that comes with its own deck, table, chairs and gas grill. A deluxe unit would not be complete without a utility room with washer and dryer. And, as far as storage, you could never use it all. Many of our renters return each year.

The beach is just across the street, a two minute walk. A pizza place is half that. Emerald Mini Golf & Ride Park is just a few doors down, along with fast foods and a gift shop. Golf is just a block away. Walmart is just blocks away. There are all kinds of tourist attractions, go-cart rides, bungie jumps. "Ripplies Believe it or Not" etc. Most important is the Beach - No High Rise Condo's - are near That Means A Quiet Beach, Few People!! Area Description: This town-home is in the heart of it all.
