This is the best experience I ever had in renting a vacation room. It started with the first contact when I received a call from Andre the owner. He described and explained everything so excellent so would not get misled or a wrong expression. When we arrived he was very welcoming and helpful with settling into our short vacation right away. During his busy days he would take the time and help with everything from providing items we forgot to take or buy on our trips to the towns or discussing things to do. He immediately helped us out when we lost our key to the rental car on the last day. He made phone calls and drove us to to the rental car place in Hilo.
