You may also admire a very precious collection of maiolica dating back to th 17th and 18th centuries. The fortified part of the town is siuated between the middle of the Tiber valley and that of the Umbrian valley. RESERVATION DEPOSIT ? Reservations are not considered ?guaranteed? until a reservation deposit is payed. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm you booking to be sent within 4 (four) working days after your email of booking confirmation. The advance payment will be applied toward the apartment rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders or Paypal (Paypal requires an extra charge of 4% of the sum due to be refunded with the balance). The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT + UTILITIES is due the day of your arrival date.
Confirmation of reservation(s) ? Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment.
CANCELLATIONS ? A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved) ~ No refunds will be given for delayed arrival ~ No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved ~ . There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
