Description - Key Largo Vacation Rooms
We are a Mom and Pop Inn, rooms are hotel like and located right on the water in Key Largo. We are about 20 miles away from Islamorada and about 25 miles away from the Miami area. The Inn is a custom built floating lodge on top of the water. Each room has separate secure entrance with its own private full bath. The rooms we offer either have Full Oceanview with balcony or Partial Oceanview with balcony. Since we are floating you can't get any closer to the water than this!! You can fish right off our dock and even from the downstairs room. We are located very close to John Pennekamp State Park which offers a beach and all sorts of water activities such as diving, snorkeling, fishing, boat rentals, camping, sailing, glassbottom boats, etc. We also have a restaurant right on premise serving breakfast and lunch, and on Fridays all you can eat fried fish for dinner. World renown fishing and diving, other than that we are also known for relaxing and taking it easy, Cheeseburgers in paradise and drinks in Margaritaville. Our location is perfect since we are right on the water and very close to all the tourist attactions people come to the Keys and Key Largo for.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Four separate rooms for rent:
Two twin bed economy room $79.95 a night to $450 week.
Double bed economy room $79.95 a night to $450 week.
King Bed partial Oceanview room $99.95 a night to $600 week.
King Bed full Oceanview room $119.95 a night to $720 week.
All Rooms are non-smoking only, $50 cleaning fee if smoking in room. Holidays and special events have rate changes. Please call to verify rates.
Small pets up to 10lbs. 1 to a room allowed with additional $25 pet
fee.
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 3
- Minimum stay: 1 nights
- Security deposit: 50%
- Lodging Tax: 12.50%
Cancellation Policy
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal(deposit only)for payment. 50% deposit or 1 night stay whichever is greater is needed to hold room for dates specified. We need at least a 14 day notice prior to check in for cancellations or deposit is forfeited.
