Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Keeping it simple, our rates include all taxes (13.962%) and are based on 8 guests.
There is an additional $25/nt charge for each additional guest up to a max of 14.
Standard season rate ( 8 guests):
$550/nt includes all taxes plus $275 check out clean fee
Total for a 1-week stay: $4125
Peak Season and Holiday rate (base rate for 8 guests):
$600-$700/nt

$100 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to arrival. If cancellations are made after the 30 days, and we cannot fill the vacancy the initial deposit will be forfeited. Early departures cannot be refunded. Last minute cancellations due to Medical Emergencies can be rebooked at no additional charge or loss of payment. Proof of Medical Emergency must be provided to property management. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-to-case bases. Written documentation will be requested.
