Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Regular Season Nightly rates: $199 per night for up to 4 guests plus 11.42% tax, $175 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable security deposit.
For 5-6 guests, the nightly rate is $250 plus the tax, cleaning and security deposit.
Holiday Season Rates: $250 per night for up to 4 guests plus tax, cleaning, and security deposits or $300 per night for 5-6 guests plus tax, cleaning, and security deposits.
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 6
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
- Cleaning fee: $175
- Other fees: Refundable Security Deposit of $500
- Security deposit: 25%
- Lodging Tax: 11%
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is received 60 or more days prior to arrival, all deposited funds will be returned minus a $100 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is received fewer than 60 days prior to arrival, just the security deposit and cleaning fee will be returned unless the condo can be re-booked. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance for those unexpected life events that sometimes crop up.
