It's a comfortable and relaxing family home on Florida's Emerald Coast between Panama City and Destin on Scenic Highway 30A better know as the Beaches of South Walton. Stay with us and enjoy your private swimming pool, a large deck and ocean views from one of the master bedrooms. This four bedroom, three bath home is available for nightly (4 night min), weekly or monthly rental depending upon the season. We're located in White's Gulfview Estates, Seacrest Beach, on a quiet residential street, and only 150 steps from the beach. White's Gulfview residents enjoy a gorgeous beach with minimal crowds as well as a private beach access.<br /> <br /> We've redecorated all four bedrooms and added a 13'X 26' swimming pool & sunbathing area. The house has a second living area or Media Room with a 50" plasma HDTV, 5 Disc DVD Home Theater (CD, DVD, mp3, ipod), and a 2 car garage on the ground floor. We include free wireless internet and cable throughout the house, beach towels, bicycles, beach & pool floats/toys. There's a large deck overlooking the pool as well as a covered lanai pool level if the sun gets too hot.<br /> <br /> Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth (Children's Bedroom) has a bunk bed set (two beds) and a trundle/day bed (totaling four single beds). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the Media Room. <br /> <br /> La Vida del Sol is the perfect house for vacationing with family and friends. If you're not a beach bum, there are many alternatives in the area. The Beaches of South Walton are well-known by foodies, shoppers, and golfer's alike. There are numerous golf courses in the area. However, if golf isn't you're thing, how about a morning stroll on the beach, bike, walk or jog the 18-mile path that winds alongside Scenic Hwy 30A passing several lakes, National parks, unique shops/boutiques, and a variety of restaurants, as well as gorgeous views of the Gulf. Moreover, there's always something going on in the surrounding beach communities including markets, craft fairs, free outdoor theatre/concerts, live music, and much more.

The area became famous from Jim Carrey’s movie ‘The Truman Show,’ which was filmed at nearby Seaside. 30a is off the beaten track and is family friendly, offers a good variety of restaurants, interesting and unusual shops, spa’s and entertainment as well as an 18-mile Timpochee Bike Trail just steps from our front door. (My mom and I usually pedal down to one of the other beachside communities for breakfast each morning.) South Walton still has the old Florida feel and is insulated from the traffic and the congestion of the high-rise condo areas along the Panama City Beaches and Destin, yet only a short drive to enjoy all the amenities they offer.
