Cute 2BR, .75 bath (shower, but no tub) cottage across the street from lake Koshkonong. Enjoy great fishing year long. We are located on snowmobile trails along with the 3rd largest lake in Wisconsinfor snowmobiling and ice fishing fun during the winter months. This home is equipped with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. A friendly neighborhood tavern
is located within walking distance to help you warm up after a day of winter activities. Good ice fishing with easy access to the lake. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the wildlife
from the nearby wetlands throughout the seasons. Close to many golf courses and antique shops. Boat rentals nearby.
No Smoking and must be at least 25. Housebroken pets allowed for an additional $50 fee and $300 security deposit.
5th person allowed on LR couch or bring an air mattress.

Area Description: We are across the street from Lake Koshkonong with a fantastic view of the water. We also have our own water frontage 3 house down from our cottage. Many Friendly taverns in the area along with a super club that is less than a half mile away on the water.
Great lake for fishing.

No refund of deposit for cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival. Full refund of deposit will be given if the owner is able to reserve another guest in the unit for the time of your cancellation. No refund of rent for early checkouts. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation.
