This is the only cottage here that has central air conditioning and central propane gas heat. There is a change of linens and guests will do laundry and housekeeping. This cottage sets away from all the other cottages and is privately spaced in the edge of the apple orchard near the pine trees. SEASONAL RATES: May 15-Oct. 15th are $3,000.00. No tax due when staying 90 days or longer. MONTHLY RATE: $1,200.00. Guests pay electric and propane when staying by the month or season. WEEKLY RATE: $550.00. NIGHTLY RATE: $125.00 - two night minimum.
