Description - Las Vegas Vacation Rental Beauties
The Tuckaway House
Your Very Own, beautifully decorated home is just Six Minutes from the MCCarran INT’L Airport and Seven Minutes to The Las Vegas Strip. It is so easy to travel to and from the home to see all the sights of Vegas and just as easy to give instructions to friends to meet you at the house.
The House is Three Bedrooms, plus an upstairs Den/Bedroom and can sleep from Six to as many as Eleven (The Eleventh Man will be in heaven sacked out on the Huge, Comfy Couch- trust me I know.) The Den has one Bed, the Third Bedroom has an Asian Designed Queen Bed, the Second Bedroom (the Builder called it the second master) has two queen beds and includes a TV/DVD Combo, and the Pièce de résistance is the MASTER. Oooooooh, it’s better than mine and includes a King Bed with the most beautiful furniture and of course a Television. The Master Bath has his and her sinks, a stand-up shower and plenty of room in the Jacuzzi Tub for Two.
The House has been decorated by none other than the Acclaimed Ruby Slipper design House from right here in Vegas (it’s who you know!)
It comes complete with the finest kitchenware, including everything you will need to cook a feast (and for dessert a Chocolate Fondue Fountain!) Stocked with your favorite Breakfast Cereals, and Oatmeal, Snacks, Popcorn, Coffee, Tea, just buy the Steaks, Corn and Baked Beans to Cook on the Huge Gas Grill in The Backyard. Brand new sheets, towels (including Beach Towels), All of your Toiletries (prepackaged) are included--the only thing you'll need to bring is your- Laptop to use with the Wireless Internet Connection! (You thought I was going to say Toothbrush, didn’t you- well it’s already waiting here for you)
Right Before you Leave for the Strip you have to get in a couple of games on the Pool Table, or if you want to stay in and play games there are the hottest one’s on the shelf in the downstairs closet (you will also find the Aero Bed inflatable Bed there). Also, while you are rooting around in that closet- pull out the Black Case that looks like a big Taco and grab the Poker Chips in there because that is a Fold-out Poker table that fits perfectly on the Kitchen Table. Perfect your blackjack or get everyone to hand over their chips to you in Texas Hold ‘Em. The Big Screen TV in the living room is top of the line, its right next to the Three Sided Fireplace. You will love the in-ceiling surround sound speakers for watching the DVD Movie Collection I have there for you or for listening to the Stereo/CD Player. As a gift I’ll give you the code so if you can’t find anything to watch on the 300+ channels, you can get a pay-per-view movie. Notice the underlined a- that would signify one.

Gorgeous McNeil Estates- Stay Where The Mayor Lives!McNeil Estates is old money Vegas- It is where all the people with money that have been in Vegas for a while know to live. The houses are built with such character and the neighborhood is vibrant with not just your cookie cutter houses and amazing trees and plants. Off the success of my first vacation rental I knew that this house would really take the cake! The House is Four Bedrooms, with an amazing great room for entertaining and can sleep from Seven to as many as Eleven. The Forth Bedroom has two Daybeds one with a trundle that opens to a queen, the Third Bedroom is Asian Designed and has a Queen Bed, the Second Bedroom (it has it's own half bath!) has a beautiful poster queen bed set. All The rooms have a flat screen TV and DVD Player. The Pièce de Résistance is the Master. I like to do it up in here- a King Bed with the most beautiful furniture and of course a 32' flat screen Television with DVD. The Master Bath has a stand-up shower and plenty of room in the Tub for Two!
I’m out of breath and have not even told you about the Backyard yet.
The landscaping is beautiful (again, who you know), the stainless steel BBQ gas grill with additional stove-top burner is out there, there are Adirondack chairs, an adjustable lounge chair, Tiki Torches, a Spinning Water Sprinkler for the kids, or the kid at heart. Oh, I didn’t tell you about the spa, Oh, yeah, there’s a TWELVE PERSON SPA. You can take laps in this thing, there are parts of this spa I haven’t even been to yet!!! This house is perfect for someone who wants to bring the family on a vacation without paying a small fortune to stay at a casino, the executive who doesn't want to stay near the noise and congestion of the Strip, the Househunters who want to get a feel for one of the nicer communities in Vegas or need to wait for their home to be completed, or the golf enthusiast who can take their pick from some unbelievable courses. (There are a couple right down the street) Okay, I’ll include you crazy people that want to show up here with a bunch of friends and not sleep for a week straight- your invited too.
You will have access to a folder at the house with all the tips and maps and restaurants you can handle. If I suggest a restaurant or a specific destination to check out (like red rock canyon- unreal!) (or, the best Burgers are at In-and-Out Burger (corner of Trop and Industrial) then you will find a Mapquest in there that will tell you exactly how to get there.
Kidding Aside- I Love This House and I think you will too- trust me with your precious vacation time, or whatever other reason you need or want to rent a house in The WORLD’S playground- beautiful, exciting LAS VEGAS.
