Lasata Condos - 3107 <br /><br />This romantic studio in Sandestin's Village of Baytowne Wharf offers the best of both World's. World 1 - The moment you enter the tranquil Lasata condos front lobby you will feel your cares being swept away. The architecture of the building and even the colors are peaceful and calming. As our building has few rentals in it and owners who are seldom there we go many trips and never see anyone in the hallway. You feel like you have the whole building to yourself. Our views are over gardens of flowers and manicured grounds with the pools (4 at your disposal) and Solstice club just beyond. The room is professionally decorated and pleasing to the eye. although not a large unit, our studio is very well laid out and comfortable. You have a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, armchair, table with two chairs, armoire, and kitchenette rounding out the main room. A bench in the foyer, double door closet and spacious bathroom finish out this wonderful unit. Perfect getaway for 2 or small family. We have even stayed there with another adult couple and it worked just fine. We provide little extras like a selection of movies and you might even find your bath towel folded to look like an elephant or ? <br /> <br /> World 2 - as peaceful as our romantic studio is, this unit leads a double life. It is located only steps from the incredible Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village has more to offer than you can do in a mere weeks vacation.<br /> We've been going for years and still have not done it all. It is like a piece of Downtown Disney or maybe a family oriented Mardi Gras. From shopping, dining, fireworks, street carnivals, craft shows, street magicians, movies on the lawn, classic car shows, the zip line, tree houses, playgrounds, live music, nightspots, the marina, ....you get the idea. You'll be wishing you booked a longer stay. Many vacationers come to the Village in the evening wear themselves out with all the activities then have to find their way back to their cars, fight the traffic out of the resort, get back to where they are staying, get a parking spot and ride elevators all when they are pretty well pooped.<br /> But by staying in our unit, you just stroll about 75 yards down the gas torchlit, seashell paved walk to your peaceful, waiting bed.<br /> <br /> Not only do you get the best of both worlds above:<br /> -There are four golf courses on property (6 more within 10 miles)<br /> -The world's largest designer outlet center (Silver Sands) only a mile away<br /> -Grand Boulevard with its upscale shops and restaurants only mile in the other direction<br /> -The Destin Commons (Bass Pro, Talbots, Johnny Rockets, Rave Theatre, and dozens more) 4 miles <br /> -Not to mention all this is located at the home of the World's most beautiful beach (Our resort boasts the largest private beach in the area)<br /> -And don't forget the dining. 5 out of 5	What we loved the most was the location of this clean and neat condo. Park just steps from your door, a short two minute walk to Baytowne Village, and 5 minutes or less from the beach. This was our first visit to Destin, but not our last! The Brown's did everything to make our visit easy and fun. We will be back next year! Thanks Pat and Emily. We had a great time!
