Lovely Cotswold cottage <br /><br />Tennyson House is set in a 450 acre private country estate close to the Cotswold water park, in the south of the Cotswold region, about 5 miles from Cirencester. The estate is fully managed and secure. It includes 7 lakes and the River Thames, the rear deck to the cottage directly overlooks the River itself and beyond, the garden runs down to the banks of Mill Lake. There is a shared heated pool and sauna, tennis court, and childrens play area. There are 3 bedrooms, one double, one with 2 singles (best suited as a childrens room), and a single. There is also a sofa bed downstairs if needed to sleep total of 7. The cottage is fully equipped and all linen is supplied. It has a wood burning fire, dishwasher, washing machine and seperate dryer, tv, and video. There are many walks around the estate and beyond, as well as a lovely pub and restaurant within easy walking distance. There are some areas of special interest for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers, and also carp, coarse and trout fishing available on the lakes. There is an organic farm shop on the estate selling local organic and general produce.
