Royal Park is a small tranquil village situated in a local area of Jomtien Beach.Lovely two storey home with 5 generous size bedrooms, all rooms have king size beds. The master bedroom is upstairs, with en suite, and has an amazing deck with views of Pattaya. Bedroom 3 is located up stairs and also has a balcony overlooking the pool The property is decorated with traditional Thai style teak furniture.
Open plan kitchen with granite bench tops and breakfast bar which seats 4. Large Dining and living areas open onto a covered deck and a sprawling 16 metre salt water pool and garden area. (The pool is shared with one other holiday home). The pool area is secure for the safety of children.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans installed. The property is approx 10 minute drive to Jomtien Beach and the entertainment of Pattaya. So many options to explore in this area, beaches, zoos, golf, microlight airfields, shopping, entertainment, fitness, sports, massage and of course the Thai food.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
$170 USD per night
Price includes cleaning of property & linen upon vacation - providing no excessive cleaning is required.
25% of total booking required to secure the dates. 10 days prior to arrival a further 25% payable. Balance payable upon arrival and can be paid in Thai Baht.
Security/damage deposit of $350 USD paid upon arrival - will be refunded on day of departure, providing no damage to the property or excessive cleaning is required.

Our stay was fantastic, amazing pool area, large comfortable house with beauitful furnishing. Submerged our selfs in the Thai culture as house is out of the tourist area. Everything easy to organise and communicate with the owner, organised airport transport, gave list of places of interest to visit. Car/motor cycle required or driver can be organised. Owners assisted with recommondations for this. Will be returning again for another vacation. On site English speaking manager who was very helpfull. Mr & Mrs Arnilds
