Entering from the large private patio on the ground floor, you enter the bright and airy first level which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. French doors open to the patio to blend the indoors with the outdoors. Amenities include flat screen TV with surround sound and digital cable, DVD / CD, DSL, fireplace, GE Profile stainless appliances, granite counter tops, travertine floors, washer and dryer in the tandem garage. Built-in gas BBQ located on the patio. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Queen beds in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Kids' bedroom has bunk bed - twin on top, full below plus a twin trundle. Ideal for up to 4 adults and 3-4 children. Bathrooms include rain showers; the master bath has jacuzzi tub and two sinks.
