Area Description: Zihuatanejo is the city of Beautiful women. A real Mexican town with a fishing fleet, quiet beaches, friendly inhabitants, and great weather. Its Neo Tropical climate, gives you sunshine and no rain from November to May, and some rain from June to October. The beaches are nesting places for Olive Ridley sea turtles. The surrounding Pacific ocean, is filled with game fish, Marlin, Sail fish, Dorado, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Yellow Tail, Rooster fish, Bonita and lots more. There are nearby golf courses, water parks, and markets to purchase inexpensive local crafts. Whether you want to sit by the pool, walk on a beach, ride horses, para sail, water ski, surf, snorkle, or skin dive, it is all here for you.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
May 1 - November 21, 2009 $155.00/night - $995.00/week
November 21 - December 19, 2009 $170.00/night - $1095.00/week
January 02 - April 30, 2010 $275/night - $1895.00/week
Rates above are for up to four guests. There is an additional fee of $15/night for 5 or 6 guests
Easter week (2010) $2850/week (up to 6 guests)
25% discount from above rates for all last minute reservations. (within 2 weeks of arrival)
Rates are in US Dollars.
Above rates do not include Mexican Sales Tax of 17%.
All stays, require a minimum one week stay. During the summer, additional discounts can be arranged for longer stays. All reservations require a 50% deposit and full payment one month prior to arrival.
We require a $250 refundable damage deposit.
