It has FREE nationwide long distance phone ( not offered elsewhere), FREE high speed Internet ( $12.95 / day @hotels), beach towels / chairs / cooler / boogie boards, and every amenity. It is in a quiet, posh Country Club location with Kona Country Clubs Mountain Course on one side and Kona Country Clubs Ocean Course on the the other right on world famous Alii Drive. It is central to everything in Kona and on the Big Island from the volcano's to waterfalls and beaches.
This Condo provides that perfect Hawaiian setting for a dream vacation. The sound and smell of the ocean, the singing of the birds, and the music from the nearby luaus. Relax and swim in the beautiful pool, go for walks or jogs along Alii Drive to Keauhou Bay, Kahalu Beach or just for miles on Alii Drive along the ocean. It doesn't matter if you are here for your yearly vacation, your honeymoon, or just a well deserved getaway.
It is only 1/8 mile to Keauhou Shopping Center, with eight restaurants inclusive of Drysdale's of Baseball fame, KTA supermarket, car rental, post office, gift shops, walk-in medical clinic, and an 8 screen cinema. It has a wonderful Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning (pick up your fresh mangoes, papayas, bananas, exotic fruits, Kona coffee beans and fresh tropical flowers). On Friday evenings they have a free Polynesian dance performance. There is a big sandy beach with terrific shallow water snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park just down Alii Drive (go early in the morning to snorkel with the green sea turtles). Surfing lessons are also available. A couple of minutes further on Alii Drive will take you to terrific boogie boarding at Magic Sands beach.

It is surrounded by two great 18 Hole Golf Courses. On the East of the Condo is Kona Country Clubs Mountain Course. On the West overlook the our relaxing pool, the 9th Tee of Kona Country Clubs Beautiful Ocean Course, Keauhou Bay and the Sheraton Hotel. We are central to everything in Kona and on the Big Island from beautiful beaches, to volcano's, to waterfalls and more. At the corner is Keauhou Shopping Center with theaters, supermarket, Post Office, restaurants, shopping on Saturdays there is an outdoor market, and Friday nights there is Hawaiian dancing. The beaches are right there and we are only 10 miles from Kona airport

Bookings are non-refundable once paid in full. We strongly recommend that all vacationers purchase 'Travel Guard' or Vacation Insurance for any unforeseen situations, occurrences, or emergencies which could lead to any monetary loss. Vacationers by booking take full responsibility for failure to purchase travel insurance to protect them against any losses incurred do to their inability to fulfill their booking, & therefore hold owner harmless. Failure to leave the home locked with lights,fans & water off will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer accepts this policy and booking constitutes acceptance of this policy.
