The Living, Dining and the well equipped Kitchen, are opened so that you can entertain your guests while preparing a gourmet meal.<br /> Both the First and Second floors of this Custom home have panoramic views of the Lake. Sit by the Fireplace while taking in the beauty of the lake. <br /> Relax outside in our outdoor Hot Tub that overlooks the Lake. The Hot Tub is always heated and ready for your arrival. The owners cusom built this house and maintain it meticulously.<br /> The second floor family room boasts a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Darts, Poker Table, Playstation I & II with many games, Stereo, VCR & DVD with a large selection of movies and a treadmill. There is a 32" TV on the first floor and a 25" on the second floor. 2 Boats are supplied for your use. A fishing Boat and a 17 foot Canoe, Paddles and life jackets are supplied as well. This lake is Spring Fed and is the Best Fishing in the poconos! So if you are a avid Fisherman or a Part time Angler, "A good time can be had by all". This house is set in a very secluded location but not far from great Restaurants and the Poconos newest Slots Casino.
