All with their own DirecTV Satellite transmitter. Wireless High Speed Internet access and free domestic long distance included.
Bedrooms feature one King and two Queen beds, downstairs den has pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa. Sleeps eight comfortably, stone gas fireplace, full-size washer and dryer, central air and heat as well as a two-car garage.
Ideally located between Asheville and Cherokee, this beautiful log home is located within minutes of Smoky Mountain National Park and six outstanding golf courses, the famous Cataloochee Ranch and ski area, Pisgah National Forest and over sixty restaurants, shopping, and all the conveniences that Waynesville and Maggie Valley have to offer.

Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund for advance rent payments, we require a sixty (60) day notice of cancellation. Should you cancel between the 60 day and 14 day period prior to arrival, you have the option of re-booking your reservation for the same amount of time. If you choose not to re-book, you will receive a refund only if the home is re-rented for the same period of time. If a balance is due two weeks prior to check in your credit card will be charged the balance exactly two weeks from your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within two weeks prior to your arrival, you will not have the option of re-booking and a refund will be given if the home is re-rented for the same time period. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 administrative fee.

WE LOVED YOUR PROPERTY in Maggie Valley. It is absolutely gorgeous. You are very lucky to have that and have decorated it beautifully. It wasn't like a rental at all...it was like being home. Everything is in perfect shape; the leaves were just coloring; and the golf was amazing at the Cherokee reservation. Thank you for opening your home. It was a great way to spend my 60th birthday!!

"My wife and I live in Washington, N.C... Our two children and their families live in Atlanta. Soaring Eagle Retreat was the perfect place for us to meet and enjoy a family week together for Thanksgiving. The house is located with a spectacular view both high and low. The three level arrangement is perfect to accommodate the needs of multiple family units and especially young children still requiring nap time (grandfathers too!). Soaring Eagle Retreat is beautifully and tastefully decorated with every imaginable need to accommodate gourmet cooking, watching your favorite movie or TV programming, or reading and relaxing on one of the beautiful porches. This place is absolutely wonderful!!!! The location is perfect. The Log Home is spacious and well furnished. It has all of the comforts from home. My wife and I enjoyed the fire pit and the rockers (weather was beautiful) on the deck. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations!!! We look forward to our next visit!!!
