A Window to Paradise, our 3 bedroom, 4 bath Gatlinburg chalet near Gatlinburg, Tennessee, is ideal for multiple couples or families. For optimum privacy, each bedroom is located on a different level of the chalet. The 3 spacious Master bedrooms each have an adjoining bathroom with a whirlpool tub/shower. And with 2600 sq ft of living area, there is plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable.All of the amenities you would expect in a cabin or chalet are here. ?A Window to Paradise? provides beautiful mountain views to enjoy from the 2 wrap-around decks. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the fully furnished game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey. There is a private hot tub located on the main level deck just outside the living area. We even have a wood-burning fireplace, an amenity you won?t find in many other cabins. Being in the Village of Cobbly Nob provides you with privacy and 24-hour security. You also have access to the community's tennis courts and 3 swimming pools.
Whether you are looking for a fun-filled, action-packed Tennessee vacation or a nice, quiet relaxing time away from the hectic pace of life at home, you will find it here in our Gatlinburg cabin. This chalet is quiet and secluded, yet also puts you in a prime location for enjoying the many activities available in the area. Golf, hiking, whitewater rafting, snow skiing, horseback riding, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park are all only a short drive away. The unique tourist towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge also offer many opportunities for entertainment.

Cancellation Policy
Rates and Deposits - A $400 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold reservation. Reservations will be held for 10 days pending receipt of payment and signed rental agreement. If these are not received within 10 days of booking, your reservation will be cancelled. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment for reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date will be due in full at time of booking. A $300 damage deposit fee is also due 30 days prior to arrival for any reservation not using a credit card. For those using a credit card, you understand that your credit card will be charged after your departure for any damages found. Violation of either the NO PETS or NO SMOKING Policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. Any damage other than normal wear will be deducted from the damage deposit or charged to your credit card. Your deposit will be returned to you within 15 days after checkout as long as there is no damage or theft to the chalet during your stay.
Departure procedures will be posted in the chalet. Failure to follow these will result in a $75 excessive cleaning fee. For stays less than 6 nights a $75 cleaning fee will be added. A 12.5% tax will be added to the rental rates. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. All rates are in US Dollars (US).
Cancellations and Refunds - If you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date, you may receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund unless we re-rent the property. A $100 cancellation fee is still required if we re-rent the property. For Holiday periods (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's), the deadline for cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival. We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance in case of unforeseen emergencies such as sickness. You can find this insurance at http://www.insuremytrip.com or other similar travel insurance sites.
No refunds for severe weather conditions. During times of inclement weather you may want to consider a 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains. No refunds for early departures or unforeseen mechanical failures.
