- There will be no refund for no-shows, missed or unused package
- Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium
- No parties or events is allowed in the condominium
- We regret family pets and animals are not invited
- We recommend you arrange travel insurance for your vacation
- CondoClub accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property
- CondoClub endeavors to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible
