The historic Nelsons Dockyard is a short walk and the beaches of both English & Falmouth harbours are within a mile.<br /> The villa features a contemporary living room and fully equipped stainless steel open plan kitchen. Just off the living room is a spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking the pool and view. <br /> The gated entrance is to an enclosed private courtyard which has a built-in charcoal barbecue hut and is surrounded by a variety of trees and shrubs. The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas.
