Area Description: Beautifully situated in Vermont where Folsom Brook meets Mad River. Conveniently, central located to skiing at Sugarbush, Mt Ellen and Mad River Glen. The condo is located en route of the free Mad Bus which just needs to be waved down to bring you to your skiing adventure. Restaurant, store and gas station are just one minute away. There are plenty of winter activities such as skiing, snowmobiling,ice skating, cross country skiing and dog sledging. In the summer nature calls to explore by kayak, horseback, bike and foot. Some of the favorites are swimming in the Mad River swim holes, seeing the Waitsfield farmers market and the maple farms and hiking the Long Trail of Vermont.
