The villa has all hardwood floors upstairs and the original 1920's ceramic tiles throughout the ground floor. The spacious kitchen was totally renovated in 2008 and now has all modern amenites, including American refrigerator/freezer, complete with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave. On the grounds is a separate private cottage, with its own kitchen and bathroom.
