This Marco Island vacation home is a large, waterfront home that is located less than one block to the Tigertail Beach entrance. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped with all the amenities. Comfort and elegance come together in this fabulous three-story home. It has a mangrove buffer to Tigertail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
The vacation rental house or villa is air-conditioned and has five bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and three baths. Two of the five plus bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home.
The house is ideal for two or more families or couples. This vacation rental home features a formal entry, Three living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with an eat-in bay window, a utility room, and a lanai (screened-in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and custom-made draperies are also offered.
There are views of the water from both the front and the back of this Marco Island vacation home. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and terrific privacy by the pool, which has sun throughout the day. There is a playground area with swings, forts, and sand for the children and a propane grill for barbecuing. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. The pool and playground areas are fenced in. This villa is on the water and there is a 56-foot dock for fishing.
At Tigertail Beach, there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, rentals, restrooms, and food available including sandwiches, soda, and ice cream. You are less than a block from the Tigertail Beach entrance. Enjoy the miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches that Marco Island has to offer. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets or enjoy them by the pool.
Nearby there are many restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, rental boats, etc.
