Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property

- Minimum stay: 4 nights
- Cleaning fee: $175
- Other fees: Refundable security deposit of $250
- Security deposit: 25%
- Lodging Tax: 12%
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent plus the 11.42 percent Hawaii tax on the rent. The security deposit and cleaning fee shall be returned. If we are able to rebook the property for any days during the cancelled period, we will refund the amount of the rent plus tax for that booking. There is no refund for early departures or no shows. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions to this rule for the protection of our owners. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Our trip to the Big Island was amazing! We were especially impressed with Golf Condo E-23. On a scale of 5, we would definitely give it 5 Stars. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient! Cannot think of one negative thing to say about the condo...we would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to our family and friends. Carole Kwiat is the property manager and was very helpful and accommodating in every way.
