The best bald eagle viewing in the world is a walk away. (In 1994, Brackendale broke the world's record for the number of Bald Eagles in one place-almost 4,000!) Wheelchair bound guests will enjoy the comfortable Mountain Mystic Room and will find the garden easily accessible with wide sidewalks that lead to the quiet rippling waters of our salmon spawning creek. Birders will find the garden irresistible.<br /> After a glorious day of skiing, biking or hiking, a game of golf or windsurfing, you ease your tired muscles into the warmth of an outdoor Jacuzzi tub. As you lie back, enjoying the massage that comes from the jets, you listen to the breezes and birdsong from surrounding trees. Or perhaps you catch a shooting star in the night sky. Or maybe catch a snowflake on your nose. Afterward, you dry yourself off in the privacy of your suite, in front of a glowing fire. You can settle in to read a good book or watch a movie on the DVD player as you recline on the bed.<br /> Unlike many hotels and resorts, the amenities at Meadowbrook Bed and Breakfast are available to all our guests at no extra charge. Your private patio is surrounded by the garden and begs you to unwind.<br /> <b>Mountain Mystic Room:</b> Mountain Mystic offers a view of the Tantalus Mountain Range from the window or from the covered patio. This room is wheel chair accessible and offers twin beds for those traveling with a companion. The bathroom features a large wheel-in shower with safety bars for those who may be unable to navigate a tub easily.<br /> Each suite contains, for your comfort and convenience, a gas fireplace, TV with DVD player, Internet hook-up, small fridge and a partially covered patio. Locked storage for equipment (bikes, etc.) and a baby grand piano may be made available on request.
