The main living area consisting of three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms Living room/Dining room, family room and breakfast nook overlooking ocean and park. Additional Maid's bedroom and bathroom located next to laundry room. Laundry room equiped with washer and dryer. Terrace with spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, Parque del Amor, parasailing, magnificent Peruvian sunsets and beautiful night lights of Miraflores. Amenities: Wireless internet access, cable TV in all 3 bedrooms, DVD player in master bedroom. 32" LCD TV, stereo, CD/DVD/MP3 Player in family room, Full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, 1 car garage with automatic garage door opener. Minimum $ 100.00 deposit to reserve, $400.00 security deposit with balance due prior to arrival time. Security deposit will be refunded if apartment "same as original condition" at departure time. The security deposit could vary based on # of people staying (adults/kids) and activities planned (parties, too many visitors..etc.) Loud music or anything that will disturbe people on the lower or upper floors is not allowed. 5 out of 5	I spent over three weeks in Lima at this beautiful apartment with some of my family members. The views that you see in the website are exactly what you will see from the apartment. Just beautiful!!!! The location is excellent. I am Peruvian and I was very happy with every detail of the apartment. The 24 hour security is a big plus and you have TVs on every bedroom and the family room. The washer and dryer are very handy and the wireless internet is included. The apartment has everything that you may need and more. The place is so nice that it invites you to stay at your aparment overlooking the ocean and just relaxing!!! You can invite your friends and have a great time at "your place in Lima" The payment is easy and the deposit was promptly returned to me. 4 out of 5	I recently stayed at the subject property in November 2008 and was extremely pleased with the apartment and the owner. It's large and roomy and comparable to a nice 4 star hotel with a great location and beautiful ocean views (note: photos are exactly representative of the apartment). It is especially good for families with children as there are two guest bedrooms with two beds in each. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Lima. Keith - Jan 21, 2009
