Miles of beautiful pink sand to walk on and the large gazebo in the tropical garden to enjoy reading while listening to the sound of the sea and the wind blowing around you.The 'Garden of Light' is a 3 bedrooms house, consisting of two fully furnished and equipped floors with separate entrances. The house can accommodate up to 6 max 7 people, with 2 master bedrooms and 1 smaller room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa/bed.
There is also " Desert Roses" guest cottage available with 2 bedrooms , bath, kitchen, living room and cabanas, sleeps 2 max 3 people.It has its own parking area.
The houses enjoy complete independence, do not overlook each other in any way and they can be rented together.

Area Description: Monticello villa is centrally located on the Atlantic costal side known as the Riviera of the Bahamas. We are in a secluded, private gated 5 acre estate but only minutes from the main restaurants. It is an excellent area, very safe and quite. The pink sand beach is miles long, nearly always deserted and offers all sorts of different places to swim, you will usually find no one but yourselves. You can enjoy calm shallow crystal water, very swimmer friendly. Snorkeling enthusiasts will find much to keep them in the turquoise water. Governor's Harbour is about 10 minutes away.
