Enjoy Orlando, Florida, home to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure, in style. Our home is within minutes of Florida attractions, golf courses, shopping, and exciting night life. Our richly appointed vacation Townhouse will give you luxurious living and a vacation experience that will exceed your expectations, all at the cost of a hotel room. Our guests enjoy the use of the resorts facilities such as the two community heated pools, spa, fitness center, sauna, volleyball court, and a new tennis and basketball court. A short walk along the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clubhouse where you can check your e-mail at the Cyber Cafe or play video games with the children in the Arcade, have a cold drink or a snack from the Tiki Bar and relax by the pool. The staff at the Concierge Desk will be happy to help you with any of your vacation needs, like information and directions to restaurants and golf courses, discount coupons and park tickets, as well as transportation, all within a secure gated community.Our spacious home has four bedrooms, including 2 master suites with full baths and queen size beds, a third bedroom with a full size bed and the fourth with two twin beds. There is also a queen size sofa bed which makes the townhouse able to accommodate up to ten people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, full size refrigerator) with all dishes and cooking utensils included. There is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about packing enough clothes for your vacation. All bed linens and towels are included. For your entertainment, the living room and each bedroom has cable TV with HBO. The home has DVD and VCR players and wireless high speed internet so bring your laptop. Our home in beautiful Emerald Island Resort is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy a memorable and worry free vacation

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Low Season 01/01/09 to 12/31/09 $100 night , $700 week, $1700 Month
High Season 07/01/09 to 08/30/09 $115 night, $800 week, $1800 month
Holiday Season New Years, Easter, Christmas $130 night, $900 week, $2000 month
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 10
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Cleaning fee: $95
- Other fees: Refundable Seecurity Deposit $300

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellations our refund policy is as follows: More than sixty (60) days - refund of security deposit/prepaid rent minus a $75.00 (USD) administration fee; Thirty (30) to sixty (60) days - refund of deposit/prepaid rent minus a $100.00 administration fee; Less than thirty (30) days - no refund of deposit/prepaid rent will be entertained. Reservations for holiday periods (weeks consisting of Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day, New Years Eve) and reservations for four (4) weeks or longer will not be entitled to any refund of deposit/prepaid rent. Any cancellation and/or change in reservation must be in writing and must be accepted by the owners.
We would strongly advise that appropriate travel and cancellation insurance is taken out for all members of the party travelling.
