My comfortably furnished, centrally located Indian Shores Florida beach vacation condo is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom resort condominium vacation rental located in an oceanfront property on Indian Shores Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Indian Shores is a unique, relaxed gulf coast town with a beautiful beach, a wide variety of fabulous upscale and family restaurants, entertainment, and wonderful shopping.
Our spacious 1100 square foot condo is 20 miles west of Tampa in the middle of an island with Clearwater to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for the entire family.
Surrounded by warm, gentle surf and plenty to do... or do nothing but savor the relaxed atmosphere and walk barefoot on the beautiful soft, white sandy beach right outside your door. Two steps off the cool paver deck that surrounds our building, and you're on our soft white sandy Indian Shores Florida beach, where you can enjoy a walk or jog while listening to the relaxing sound of the gentle surf as it ripples along the Florida gulf coastline. Rinse off after a fun-filled day on the beach at our outdoor shower conveniently located right off the beach.
We have a large, beautiful heated pool that we keep at a constant 86 degrees, so you can swim year-round at our Indian Shores Florida Gulf Coast vacation getaway. Our large heated pool has plenty of sun, shade, lounging chairs, and tables with umbrellas and is a great place for a poolside picnic. The entire building is Wi-Fi accessible, including the condos, balconies, pool/deck area, BBQ/Picnic area and even parts of the beach close to the building. Just set up your laptop and you can enjoy our free wireless high speed Internet access.
Our spacious, luxury condo is completely equipped with all amenities. It has been updated and redecorated, including beautiful new ceramic tile throughout the entire apartment, new living room furniture with queen sleeper sofa, new air conditioning system, and freshly painted every year to keep it clean and appealing for our guests. We keep our kitchen well-stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal to your family.
The master bedroom has all new furniture, including a queen-sized pillow-top mattress bed, 27" Cable TV, digital alarm clock/radio and full private bath. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed (both new with very comfortable pillow-top mattresses), Cable TV, digital alarm clock/radio and separate full bath (accessible in hallway right outside second bedroom door).
We have furnished our Indian Shores Florida Gulf Coast condo to make it your home away from home, with all the comforts we want for ourselves when we vacation. There is Cable TV in all rooms, DVD, VCR, full stereo and WI-FI high speed Internet access. Fully-equipped, full-size kitchen includes coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots and pans, all dishes and utensils; everything you and your family could possibly need during your stay.
Step out through the sliding glass doors of our Indian Shores family resort vacation condo rental to our large, private balcony. Relax and read a book in our balcony's patio furniture and enjoy the beautiful park view of the tropical shrubbery and palm trees of Tiki Gardens, that sits on the intracoastal waterway. If you're an early riser, sit and enjoy your morning coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise over the intracoastal waterway.
The onsite building management highly maintains both the building and individual units. Easy access to all of central Florida's world-famous attractions. Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay is just a short 40 minute drive and you and your family can even visit the Orlando Theme Parks for a day-trip as they are only a 90-minute drive. Walk to minimarket, great restaurants, shops and entertainment. Enjoy beachside volleyball, swimming, sunning, snorkeling, shelling, sand castles, fishing, boogie boarding, parasailing, miniature golf, public golf courses and glorious sunsets. This was our first time to this area of Florida, and we are certainly planning to come again. The condo was ccomfortable and spacious, and the beach was peaceful and not crowded. We were blessed with quiet mornings sitting on the balcony looking out at the gentle waves, dolphins, sea birds, and even a manatee one day!

The unit I stayed in did not face the beach, but I knew that going in. I loved that it had tile floors throughout. Didn't have to worry about the sand getting into carpet. The unit was very clean and had little thoughtful items such as books to read, games, etc. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Be prepared to wash your own towels...they don't do that for you. Washer and dryer on each floor.(pay to use). I was in direct contact with the unit owner a couple of times and she was great to work with. I would stay there again.
