Ocean Front House, Venice <br /><br />Charlie's 2 bed, 2 bath Ocena Front House is located by the Venice Pier on the boardwalk. Enjoy surfing, swimming, fishing, biking, skating, jogging. You can hear and see the waves from the deck, living room, and master bedroom. You can rent bikes and skates just 100 feet away. Lots of great restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Bike to Santa monicapier, LAX is just 10 minutes away. We now have bunk beds (twin over full) in second bedroom.<br /> <br /> The house provides a quite resting place beacuse nobody is above or below you. Leave the bedroom window open and the sound of the waves will put you right ot sleep.<br /> <br /> During the winter months (Nov-Feb) the county builds a tall sand burm on each side of the Venice pier to protect public property from high surf. During that time, the view of the ocean is obsured. We are not responable for and do not give refunds or discounts do to activity that takes place in the Venice peir parking lot. Sometimes the city rents the lot to production companys and the city sometimes makes repairs to the lot.
