$2,400/week or $375/nt.
August 1 - October 31, 2009
$1,900/week or $275/nt.
December 20 - 26, 2009 (Christmas Week)
$3,300 (weekly rate only)
December 27, 2009- January 2, 2010 (New Years)
$3,500 (weekly rate only)
FOR THE 3RD SUITE IN GUEST COTTAGE (sleeps 2)
Add $95 per night year round
Rates do not include 13% sales & tax .
Minimum rental period is 3 nights

- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Security deposit: 50%

Cancellation Policy
Reservations / Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required on reservation if the reservation is made prior to 90 days of arrival.
If the reservation is made within 90 days of arrival a 100% payment is required.
If cancellation is made 91 days prior to arrival a refund will be made minus a 20% booking fee.
If cancellation is within 90 days of arrival there wil be no refund.
Early departure does not qualify for a refund.

The vacation of a lifetime! I could not believe my eyes, I have done a lot of travel but NEVER experienced a view like this, it is not seeing the view it is truly experiencing it, don't miss this one!
