Located just south of Myrtle Beach in Surfside beach, our two bedrooms, two bath condo with Elevator access is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous beach and beautiful sunrises. Less than two miles from the Highway 544 and US 17 Business (Kings Highway) intersections, our condo is close enough to all the Grand Strand attractions, but just beyond the heaviest of traffic and congestion. <br /> <br /> Our spacious condo has almost 1200 sq. ft. and is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, color TV & DVR, ceiling fan, and walk in shower along with a large window view looking out to the ocean and access to the covered porch. <br /> <br /> The second bedroom has a two full size beds, cable TV, recordable DVD with a seperate bath. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen-size bed and all beds have pillows and comforters. Should you have small children there is also a 2 porta cribs, high chair and stroller. For the business person who just cannot get away from the office their is also wireless RoadRunner with Internet access to stay connected with the office including free Lond Distance phone service within the US and Canada.<br /> <br /> Surfside is known as the "Family Beach," Surfside limits hi-rises reducing the crowds and traffic. Our place is located on the second floor of a 16 unit complex so there is no need to wait for an elevator. Sitting on your private balcony you have a perfect close up view of the ocean as you drink your morning coffee. <br /> <br /> Take a moonlight walk in the sand or enjoy a night on the town. Less than a mile you find "dining" or entertainment at "Legends in Concert." A little further is "Wild Water and Race Theme Park" and then on to Murrell's Inlet for the best dining experience. Or travel north to the "Myrtle Beach Pavilion" or "Family Kingdom Amusement Park" which are less than eight miles away. Then there are always the outlet stores all along the Grand Strand area.<br /> <br /> The condo is located in the middle of the building convenient to the elevator making access quick and easy. The ground level has a full-size outdoor pool with showers, Covered picnic area adjacent to the pool, an two grills for cooking, and direct access to the beach.
