There is a public dock a five minute walk from the house for those who choose to rent a boat. There is a grocery store around the corner and a liquor store nearby.<br /> <br /> Vacationers can enjoy exploring the island by golf cart, which can be rented on the island. Hope Town is a lovely village with colorful old homes with picket fences and tropical foliage. There are several restaurants/bars, and shops which look out on the harbour and its famous candy-striped lighthouse.
