Oceanside 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condominium located in highly desired Ocean Village Club at St. Augustine Beach, FL. Our condo is beautifully decorated and has been recently updated with new paint, carpet, appliances and furnishings. Our unit, E-12, is adjacent to the lighted tennis courts and around the corner from the heated pool and shuffleboard courts. Our unit backs up to a hedge and fence for added privacy for our guests. We are located near the clubhouse which has internet access and fitness center. Our unit is a short stroll across the property to the beach access.Our unit, E-12, has all the comforts of home with three TV's, DVD player in the living room and a DVD player and TV in the second bedroom for the children to watch their favorite movies or some of ours. Our unit has a fully furnished kitchen for preparing home cooked meals. E-12 is furnished with towels, linens and even beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for your use!
Guests that stay in our unit and comment in our registry book note that our unit is very clean and comfortable. They comment that we have nice furnishings and include items that make people feel welcome, such as books, movies, games, boogie boards, etc. We want people to enjoy staying in our condo as much as we do when we visit!

As a result of the property size of OVC, the buildings are separated by lots of space which adds to the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of the complex. It is beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
Ocean Village Club is 3-4 blocks from Winn Dixie, Blockbuster, Publix and Starbucks!
St Augustine Beach is less than 5 miles from St. Augustine, Florida which is the oldest city in the US. The historic St Augustine hosts the spanish fort, cobblestone streets, museums, the lighthouse, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Potters Wax Museum, and other attractions. Within 10-15 miles of St Augustine Beach are two large outlet malls hosting purchases at reasonable prices.
