Our 2295 sq ft four bedroom luxury creek side town home on the banks of Rock Creek offers the soothing sound of running water with seculded privacy yet your only 3 blocks to down town Red Lodge in the luxury Island at Rock Creek Subdivision. Upstairs you will find two master bedrooms with Cloud 9 Temperpedic king mattresses each with decks over looking Rock Creek with views of the Red Lodge Mountain Ski Resort. The main master also has a gas firepalce and jetted tub. There is a third bedroom upstairs with a set of bunk beds (one double on the bottom and one twin on the top agian with Cloud 9 temperpedic foam mattress's for true comfort), and the 4th bedrom down stairs with a sealy pillow top king bed. There are 3 bathroms with showers, 2 gas fireplaces, air conditioning, gas BBQ, 3 creek side decks, a private creek side hot tub, washer and dryer, hair dryer in main master, fully stocked to serve 10 guests including all soaps, starter coffee and tea with sweetners, paper towels, garge bags, washer and dryer with detergent, all blankets, towels and untilsils (coffee maker, toater, microwaive, french door refigerator, dishasher, wine glasses, plates, glases, silverware, basic pots and pans, spices, and more.Our town homes are professionally decorated with 123 Kainu sporting a craftman theme with wall art of black and white old red lodge photos. 8 foot entry door, solid Alder trim, carpet in the master bedrooms, Solid tavern maple hardwook floors, 3 tiled to the ceiling showers, views of Red Lodge Mountain and Rock Creek from most rooms, walking trails on site, cross country skiing on site utlilizing our 37 acredevelopement, water falls, ponds, landscaping, and on site local managment. We have 7 luxury 3 and 4 bedroom town homes availalble to handle wedding parties, family reunions, and off site business meetings.

Area Description: We are on the magestic year round running 100 foot wide Rock Creek River which runs thru Red Lodge. Views of the The Beartooth Mountains provide access to your ski resort 7 miles away, golf and Nordic Ski Center is one mile away, you can fish off your back deck or in one of numerus rivers or lakes nearby, Cooney Damn is 30 miles away for boating, Red Lodge is at the base of the Beartooth pass which is one of Americas 10 most scenic highways and gateway to Yellowstone park. The Beartooth and East Rose Bud mountains offer 1000's of hiking options from 1 to 500 mile trails. Wld Bill lake is about 8 miles away which a great place to take kids for their first fishing trip. Horse back riding, atv activities, snow mobiles, ice fishing, and just plain getting away from it ca be found in this tirn of the century minimg town.

Call for our ski season specials
Our rates are based on the number of people using our town home. Our 3 bedroom homes start at $250 per night for 4 people using two bedrooms while our 4 bedoom town homes start at 300$ fo the first 6 people using two bedrooms. Add 25$ per additional person per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons in our three king bedroom town homes with the loft with twin bunk beds or trundle. Maximum occupancy for our 4 bedroom offerings are 10 people.
We offer discounts for weekly stays, return renters, wedding and family reunions using multiple units, business offsite meetings, ski season packages, and special 1,2, or 3 couple stays utilizing our master bedrooms in our town homes.
Special Ski Season "Beat the Crowd pricing" for Sunday thru thurday is 768.90 for 4 nights for 8 people. It's 868.90 for 10 people. This price includes all taxes and fees,
Our 3 night "prime weekend ski getaway"Arrive Thusday and depart Sunday (not avialable Feb 6 to 21 or amytime in MArch) is 799 plus tax for 8 people and 899$ for 10 people.

Cancellation Policy
20% deposit required with Reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Fully refundable if cancelled 30 or more days prior to your arrival. Inside 30 days will will refund any rental fees were able to secure by providing new renters for the dates you reserved and/or provide a credit for any and all paid rentals by you for this period for a future stay.

While we have private hot tubs in all of our town homes, there is also access to an indoor pool 1 mile away fo 3$, free acces to the City tennis courts (5 blocks away), small fee to access City pool in the summer, on site cross county fee, fee based acces to Red Lodge Mountain ski Resort, free access to the Red Lodge skating rink4 blocks away, movie theatre 3 blocks away, lots of local restaurants 3 blocks away, swimming hole in rock creek (Summer only), Cody is 1 hour away, Custer BAttlefield is 2 hours away, Yellowstone PArk is 70 miles away over the Cook City Pass (its a full day adventure to re overthe pass and into Yellowstone park and back).
